Thermal Oil Processes

In recent years Ellison Energy has successfully delivered a number of thermal oil fluid systems for various manufacturing processes. A prime example of these projects lies with industrial client Decorative Panels Group based in Elland.

The Decorative Panels Group had developed a new product line, hollowcore panels which allow thicker, more aesthetic panels to remain lightweight, benefiting everyone in the supply chain, from easier delivery of the product to easier handling for the customers.

The Decorative Panels Group enlisted the help of Ellison Energy to design and install thermal oil lamination machinery to serve their new production line. Ellison successfully designed, built and installed a bespoke thermal oil fluid system for the company.
