Ener-G Office Development Project

Ellison Energy was approached by client Thistle Construction to undertake an office development project in Salford for energy solution company Ener-G. The expansion was undertaken to cope with increasing demand for Ener-G’s renewable and energy-efficient technologies; it added over 8,000 sq ft of manufacturing space which will be used to create a new energy efficient management control system.  Given the state-of-the-art, progressive nature of their technology, Ener-G was keen to apply these successful and efficient technologies to their own work environment.

Ellison Energy designed, built and installed an air de-humidification, cooling and heating system that implemented Ener-G’s own pioneering technology, imported from Israel. This system was the first of its kind in the UK.

Implementation of the advanced system took six months in total; this included the designing, building and application processes.
